The Voorhees Schools Color FunRun Is NEXT WEEK!

Friday, 5/20 at Connolly Park

6 pm to 8:30pm

Day of Event Registration begins at 6pm; Run/Walk Starts at 6:30

Stay after to enjoy some food, music and fun!

(rain date – Saturday, 5/21, same place but time TBA if needed)

REMINDERS!

o REWARDS - If your child received donations to their website or you sent in the envelope prior to the cut-off date, their prizes will be sent home as soon as we receive them from the company. This means you DO NOT have to go to the day of event registration table. You can go straight to the starting area.

o DAY OF EVENT REGISTRATION – Plans changed and you can attend? You can pay the $30 registration fee CASH ONLY on the day of the event. Please be sure to mention which school your donation should go towards.

o Attendance – Remember - THIS IS NOT A DROP OFF EVENT. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT.

o ENTERTAINMENT -- Just Call Dawn DJ will be joining us for some great music!

o VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - Please go to http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0a4aa8a822a5f85-parent to sign up! Can’t attend but want to help? We would be happy to receive donated cases of water!

o FOOD and FUN items– We will be selling pizza, hoagies, soft pretzels, water, and Smoothie King! We will also have some fun accessories for sale! All items will range in price from $1-$5. CASH ONLY – you can purchase food/ fun item tickets at the event. Each ticket is $1.

o WHAT’S IN THE COLOR DYE ANYWAY? The Dye packets are made from corn starch and food dye so everything SHOULD wash off in a normal wash. Want to keep the color? Treat your clothes AFTER THE RACE by spraying them with white vinegar and then iron them.

o PROTECT THOSE EYES! -- Protect your eyes with goggles or glasses.

o TRANSPORTATION -- If you can, please carpool!
