BJs FUEL YOUR FUNDRAISER PROGRAM
is a free, all-inclusive fundraiser created exclusively for community organizations like ours, youth groups, and non-profits.
Here's how you and our school can benefit:
1. Each membership sold saves a member $10 on their annual BJ’s Membership fee. PLUS, they’ll receive 3 FREE bonus months (15 months total).
2. Our school gets $5 for every BJ’s Membership sold or renewed through this program.
3. BJ’s provides all marketing promotional materials FREE (flyers, posters, applications) plus expert advice and support from our sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Select a two week period for the program.
2. Contact the BJs representative handling the fundraising program. The BJs Representative will help handle the documentation. A program agreement will need to be signed. The Rep will also provide the flyers advertising the campaign, as well as the applications.
3. Act as the liaison between the applicants from our school and BJs, fielding questions and collecting applications from the school. The applications are sent to the school through the students, and placed in a plastic bin in the office. The applications can be printed from a link on the Signal Hill website, or we could print them and send them home with each student.
4. Once the program date is over, the liaison will collect the applications and meet with the BJs rep, and deliver them for processing. The meeting is usually scheduled about one week after the program ends, to allow for some last minute applications to filter in.
